In person, 45 or 60 minutes indoor or outdoor sessions to experience a very effective workout which includes different types of exercises and tools such as: TRX suspension training, ViPER, weights, kettlebell, HIIT, low impact or whatever else will make you achieve your goals while having fun. Live online (via Zoom streaming), 45 or 60 minutes sessions tailored to achieve amazing results no matter where you are in the world: at your countryside home, in a hotel room while on business trips, in a chalet during your skiing vacation and more. Nothing will get in the way and prevent us from achieving the fitness goals that we have defined together.
