Many studies show that there is a direct correlation between workplace well-being and work performance. Employers taking care of their employees well-being have lower employee attrition and higher work satisfaction ratings; plus less stress, better health and increased employee’s performance and loyalty.
My classes will be customised based on employees and corporate needs and will bring greater level of energy, motivation, self-control and self-confidence.
Participants will experience a practice with plenty of breathing, mind and body techniques to increase flexibility, muscle strength, general physical health and mental well-being.
