My Professional Background and Philosophy

I am originally from Italy, but I have spent good part of my life abroad having lived for the last 18 years in London, Hong Kong, and now in Luxembourg. I trained as a gymnast for all my childhood, and then worked as a professional dancer until my thirties. Since becoming a mother of three beautiful children I started to work in the fitness industry, acquiring the professional certifications and developing the required knowledge to offer my clients a comprehensive set of qualified services across Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates and Nutrition. I love to work with my clients and help them reach the diverse type of goals they aim for through personalised advice, training and nutrition plans. Since each of us is different “one size fit all” programmes are simply not an option, nor a solution. Helping people to feel and live better has been my mission, my passion and my job for the last 20 years. When working with a client I do not simply look after their physical exercise, but rather address and take care of them in their entirety, including advise on wider life-style, health and well-being. I am a true believer of creating realistic and sustainable action plans which can deliver positive durable changes in my clients’ lives without giving up all of what they like.
