I have helped numerous clients to learn and live by nutrition guidelines which changed their lives. Forget the word “diet”, you are what you eat, and unless you eat properly you will undermine your ability to achieve your fitness and well-being objectives.

With my nutrition advice my clients have been able to achieve the diverse set of goals they were aiming for: from loosing weight to building muscle mass, from competing in races to improving their energy, vitality and mental health.

After defining, agreeing and committing to realistic goals with my clients not only do I provide them with guidelines to reach these objectives but I am also there for them 24/7 via email or text access to support them in their nutrition journey, make sure that their motivation stays up and that they receive answers to any questions and doubts they may face along the way.

In all my plans there is always space for eating the foods that you like and you do not have to completely give up your favourite treats.
