Mat Pilates

In person or live online (via Zoom streaming) individual or small group Pilates sessions to improve muscle tone, body alignment and posture, to prevent injuries or for rehabilitation.

Pilates is a full-body exercise method that particularly increases the strength of the abdominal muscle, lower back, hips and glutes.

My classes can be taught with or without the unique Pilates equipment based on individual needs. In both cases I focus on slow, precise and controlled movements, stability, posture and breathing in order to make my students feel more energized, alert and happier after each of my Pilates sessions.
